Faulty goods, there is more!...
Some mildewy stuff on the PVC apron. Granted, I was able to wipe the staining off, but that is not the point. By now I am fed up, TOTALLY!

And just to really drum home how this supplier has absolutely no respect for me the customer, an item has been added that I did not order. And it was not a free gift. No, he charged me for it. Approx. 15 pounds for something I can by here in the UK for about 7 pounds!

I have to have all these items returned within 14 days if not happy. This has to be paid out of my pocket, 35 pounds approx. via DHL.
I wonder if this supplier feels due to the nature of the items I will be too embarrassed to complain. Well, I am proud to be an AB nanny. I am proud of my little ones who contact me. I am not allowing someone to think that it is OK to send out faulty goods - torn, coming away at the seams, stained, logo creased, item added for good measure etc. To blatantly misrepresent the items he sells.
